Contest ends will end when we have received 50 individual participants in the competition. A winner will be randomly selected five days after the competition closes. Winner will be intimated via Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. 

PHOTO CONTEST – RULES
• This competition is run by Ornate Travel LLC, Dubai, UAE.
• You must be aged 18 years or over and residing in the UAE, to participate.
• All photo entries will be entered into the competition and a winner will be randomly chosen.
• The winner will win a 3-day holiday package with flights from Dubai, to the dream destination that they have posted a photo of.
• By posting photos to this contest you are granting permission for these images to be used by Ornate Travel by LLC online at www.ornate-travel.com and its other online communications.
• By submitting photos you understand and agree that Ornate Travel LLC has no obligation to publish your photo. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Competition will be closed once a total number of 50 individual participants have been reached.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Ornate Travel LLC is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
• Winners will be chosen randomly from consolidated entries from our instagram account www.instagram.com/ornatetravel/  and facebook page www.facebook.com/ornatetravel
• The winner will be notified via facebook and instagram five days after the competition closes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter will notify the winner as to when and where the prize can be collected.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, image and winning photograph in any publicity material.
